I can't wait for your album release. I'm not referring to an actual album. I am referring to your inner album, your real greatest hits; your positive attitude, your intelligence, your creativity, your talents, and your gifts. When we release the best of what we have inside, we go platinum. People seem to appreciate what we have to offer, and tend to want more. It is time for your album release. Its time for you to show the world what you have been keeping to yourself.

I'm excited about this inner album release. When you choose to drop this type of album, there is no limit to the opportunities that will show up in your life. When you drop this hott album you are releasing the best parts of your mind. When you drop this hott album you are releasing the best parts of your heart. When you drop this hott album you are releasing the best parts of your courage. A positive attitude, your intelligence, your creativity, your talents, and other special gifts all work together to create a lifetime VIP pass. Once you drop that inner album you can get into places that money could never get you into. Release your great vision! Set free your dream! Accomplish your amazing goal!

For thought: In what ways are you releasing your inner album: sharing your positive attitude, your intelligence, your creativity, your talents, and your gifts?

"If you can't love a person through their complexities, let them go so that they can experience love in its entirety." That's the thought that came to me today. It reminded me of a promise that I made to myself, that when I stopped making someone happy or being a positive experience for them, that even if I didn't plan a permanent goodbye, that at least a brief separation was necessary sometimes in order to remind me and that person of why we entered each others lives in the first place. Its when you stay and watch each other die that I feel becomes a selfish disregard for the purest love and respect that you have for each other.

To be happily, mutually and exclusively in love is my favorite state of being. To see that same experience being shared between others is one of my favorite sights. If those moments could last forever, the world would probably be a better place and I'd have no reason to tattoo "Make Love, Not War" across my belly. (what? I needed something to cover up Thug Life!)

I love couples who have been together for decades. I study them hoping to learn the secret or magic formula to making it work for so long. A couple of my friends have parents who have been married for a minute and they still give each other the side eye and the bedroom eye all in one conversation.

I had a neighbor recently tell me about a wine tasting experience she had over the weekend.  Not thinking much of it, I listened to her talk about a Merlot she tasted and raved about.  She then went on to say that she has a tough time finding wines that she likes because she only enjoys wine that "taste like wine".  This stumbled me for a moment.  Does't all wine "taste like wine"?

The short answer is no.  One the amazing attributes of wine is that the flavor varies.  It can vary on an extreme level or it can be so minimal, only the most well-trained professional can identify the characteristics that are dissimilar in the wine.  The truth is, it's these nuances in wine that make wine such an appealing drink of choice for many.

The long answer is that all wine is fermented grapes and tastes relatively the same.  Accounting for the differences in the type of grape, winemaking style, fermentation container, etc, wine can have a smooth, balanced taste or it can be bold, hearty, and biting.  But how do you know which kind of wine has the characteristics you might enjoy?
